A1: Why you dont get the Email Comfirmation from SiaMovie:
- Your have registered "wrong email address"
- Your registration was incomplete. In this case your profile will not create, but your credit card already deducted.
So please try to be very careful when you're putting your E-mail address in registration form, wait till the last page show up when it say "Thank You" |

A: There are two reasons when you click "PLAY" and it didnt Play!!!
1: You can see the file "buffering" but take very long time "Maybe...too long" means that you are not alone streaming online at www.SiaMovie.Com (Contact Us and we will investigate for enlarging our Bandwidth Connection)
2: If you click "PLAY" and dont see its buffering at all, but instead it show "Stop/Ready" mean that the Video clip have misplaced or an error in script. Please contact us right the way for our correction.

| Q5 : I have not finished watching this "Lakon" or "Movie" and you have taken it down!!! |

A1 : Dont panic, just email us the name of "Lakon" from which episode number you would like to start with and we will put it back on for you in "Old Thai Drama" section.
A2 : We will have completed lakorn online for approx 2 weeks before taken it down or move to Old Thai Drama section, so you have time to finish it.

Sat & Sunday Thai Drama will be updating completely on Tuesday.
Monday & Tuesday Thai Drama will be updating completely on Thursday.
Wednesday & Thursday & Friday Thai Drama will be updating completely on Sunday.
+ New Asian Drama: Once or Twice per month.
+ New SiaM Movie and/or Asian Movie: Update weekly.
+ Other Programs: Update 1-3 time per week depending on Live TV schedule.
+ Please note that our programs will be 2-3 days delayed from Live TV. |
