How to call
- Look for your Local Access Number Click Here, and dial the number. Or, dial 800-979-2690 ( 2 Cents/Minute extra will be applied when you are using this toll-free number)
*** Please make sure that the local access number is a local call (no charge) in your area, contacts your local phone company’s customer service and ask them to check the number (area code plus the first 3 digits), or look at your local phone book from your local phone provider company. This will prevent you from being charged on your phone bill as a long distance call from your local phone provider company.
- At the prompt, enter your Pin Number
- Then enter your Destination Number
- For call within US Domestic:
Press 1 + Area Code + Phone number
- For international call:
Press 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone number
Note: To make another call, don't hang up. Press star key (*) once, then repeat step 3.
How to setup and use Pinless Dialing feature
- Dial the access number
- At the prompt, enter your pin number
- Press #15##, to add your current phone number to become the pinless phone number.
Or, press #16##, to remove your current phone number from being the pinless phone number.
- You only need step 3, when it is the first time setup, or you want to remove the feature.
Note: Once you’ve added your phone number to become the pinless phone number, the next time you make a call, the system will not ask you to enter your pin number. |
